LINC Event Package
Marketing Objective:
Branded Solutions proposed an incentive program, rewarding non-sales staff for leads to cross-sell clients. The program stressed educating employees about all categories of business and services offered by I am Linc.
Branding Strategy and Execution:
The program required educational resources such as an employee 'manual' containing products and services. This manual featured members of all departments and built on the "I am Linc" concept. Decks of playing cards were used to illustrate the four business categories and the services offered within each category.
Campaign Results:
The cards were sent to each employee along with a launch kit. The kits were then distributed by key team leaders at each of the company's 50 locations. The "I am Linc" program generated over $10 million dollars in sales in four months.
